At Your Cervix Film Screening and Panel Discussion

At Your Cervix is a new film about OBGYN education, which exposes the unethical and traumatic ways medical and nursing students are taught to perform pelvic exams, often on anesthetized patients, without their consent. The film is a research-based documentary that looks critically at the ways patients are treated in medicine through these approaches to OB/GYN education.

There will be a panel discussion following the screening with the film director, A’magine, plus representatives from MOCSA and UMKC Women’s Center.

This is a free event brought to you in collaboration with MOCSA plus the UMKC Women’s Center, Student Nurses Association, and Medical School Advisory Council.
